The CLF group invests significant resources in Personnel Training and Development process, which is implemented through both an "internal" method, where the know-how is passed down by "elderly" to new recruits during the performance of the work activity (training on the job), as well as an "external" method: the company invests several resources in training projects organized in collaboration with qualified professionals and collaborators external to the company.
On average, CLF invests over 4,000 hours a year in projects that focus on personnel training.
